Sicilian Country Stay - Susafas

Welcome to Susafa, a generational family owned wheat farm and boutique rural country stay, you didn’t know you needed to visit, until now of course!

When I kicked off my Italy trip, Sicily was my first destination and this was my first stop. As soon as you check into Susafa, you know you’re going to be well looked after. As you relax into the upstairs terrace with your fresh mimosa in hand overlooking the rolling fields, it’s evident that tranquilty and slowing down is a high priority on this hotels list, and on mine for that fact!

I spent 5 days here, not leaving this beautiful property. Time was spent eating the most incredible food daily, I still dream about their home grown olive oil, orange carpaccio salad and my afternoon strawberry spritz. I swam, read and meandered amongst their homegrown gardens and grounds every single day. With cooking classes and yoga available, there’s something for everyone.
